Hi,
My name is Mika.
After decades in the corporate hamster wheel I have decided to follow my true vocation.
I studied Reiki in Shanghai under Master Chantal Phillips in 2009 and became a second degree practitioner in August of that year.
I graduated from Adelaide Healing Energy Centre in April 2016 with Energetic Healer qualification and last but not least, got my sound therapist diploma from The Australian College of Sound Therapy in 2025.

Sound Therapy Sessions
Non-invasive profound method of releasing energetic blockages that prevent you from having the life and health that you want.
Using Himalayan singing bowls, tuned pipes and tuning forks all with specific frequencies to tune mind, body and spirit to restore balance and harmony.
Key benefits for you are reduced stress and anxiety, physical pain relief, abating emotional distress, anxiety and depression. Better mood with increased focus. Remedy for insomnia and cellular level healing.
Synopsis of information providing the tools to keep your frequency up and move forward will be provided after session.

Reiki
Developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, the therapy uses life force energy for stress, pain management, anxiety relief and supporting emotional balance.
Non-invasive, complementary therapy where recipient lies fully clothed on massage table while practitioner places hands lightly on the body. Deep relaxation or meditative state quickly follows.
Drumming
Holistic healing tool that reduces stress and anxiety, boosts the immune system, aids in trauma recovery and induces deep meditative or altered states of consciousness.
Truly a "quick fix". Have treated a case of a psychotic teenager changing from bodily shaking to full calmness in less than half an hour.
Energetic Healing
See Reiki.
Adding some esoteric aspects such as Inner Child Therapy and soul retrieval.
Good alternative to Reiki if you are hesitant on hands laid on you and/or want to go deeper into the esoteric aspects of healing.
